Organic Pantesco Pesto (from Pantelleria), Kazzen “Oro di Pantelleria” (180gr): The island’s timeless recipe sees basil and tomatoes finely blended with almonds, parsley, oregano, mint leaves, salt and chili pepper, then seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and naturally preserved without additives.

Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Arkè (25cl): From olive groves in the heart of Sicily and a single variety – 100% Moresca olives. Fruit is organically grown, without the use of chemicals. Combines character and finesse, and shows well balanced, pleasingly bitter and spicy notes.
Sea Salt Crystals, Infersa (300gr): Pure white crystals, hand-selected from the pristine mounds off the Mozia island; the saltworks – saline – are spectacular to see and these clear, pellucid grains have maintained the distinctive flavor of the Mediterranean Sea. They are best savored freshly ground, so as to enhance their natural fragrance.

Organic, Bronze-Cut Rigatoni, La Timpa (500gr): The pasta is extruded through bronze dies, resulting in coarse, porous-surfaced, sauce-friendly rigatoni that are dried gradually and slowly, so as to maintain all of the organoleptic properties of the wheat and wheat germ. The result is eminently digestible, flavorful and ever so slightly sweet. Ingredients: Water and stone-ground, single-varietal Senatore Cappelli wholewheat flour (100% Senatore Cappelli cultivar); bronze-cut and lengthily desiccated for 18 to 21 hours at 40° Celsius.
Etna Rosso DOC, Azienda Agricola Graci (75cl): Ruby red in color, the bouquet is reminiscent of red berry fruit, with subtle, herbaceous notes and a consistent, well balanced, fresh and fruity palate showing the lively mineral nuances typical of volcanic terroir. Variety: 100% native Nerello Mascalese.
