Assorted Chocolates

Assorted Chocolates, Maglio Arte Dolciaria (180gr): These are mini chocolate bars from a variety of blends, milk chocolate (32% cocoa), dark (60%) and extra bitter (72% and 81%), from top-quality cocoa beans and sustainable plantations.

Ingredients: Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, fat reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural flavorings:  vanilla.

Cupeta

Cupeta, Alda Dolci Tradizioni (100gr): This almond and honey brittle is a Salento specialty originally imported into Sicily by the Arabs under the name cubaita (qubbaita in Arabic). We have picked the vanilla-flavored variant for you.

Ingredients: Apulian almonds (70%), sugar, honey, vanilla natural flavor.

Mirtoli

Mirtoli, Alda Dolci Tradizioni (130g): Hand-picked aromatic myrtle berries from Salento, preserved in alcohol and subsequently drained and coated in extra dark chocolate (minimum 72% cocoa) and powdered sugar.

Ingredients: dark chocolate (72% cocoa min.) 75%: cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin), vanilla extract; myrtle berries, alcohol 3%, sugar 1.5%, starch..

Divini Amori, Alda Dolci Tradizioni (112gr): Soft amaretti macaroons from Apulian almonds, honey and rose water, covered in crunchy sugar crystals.

Ingredients: sugar, Apulian almonds 35%, bitter almonds 8%, egg white, glucose syrup, natural flavors, rose water flavor 0.8%, leavening agent (ammonium carbonate).

Dark chocolate bar with almonds and nuts, Maglio Arte Dolciaria (300gr): Scrumptious dark chocolate, made with cocoa beans from sustainable plantations, studded with Apulian almonds and toasted hazelnuts of the prized Giffoni IGP variety.

Ingredients: Cocoa mass, sugar, dried fruits 23% (almonds and hazelnuts in varying proportions), cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural flavorings: vanilla. Cocoa minimum 60%.

Primitivo di Manduria Dolce Naturale DOCG

Primitivo di Manduria Dolce Naturale DOCG, Attanasio (500ml): Quintessentially Apulian dessert wine from select, lengthily dried native Primitivo grapes. Lovely ruby in color, its rich bouquet recalls dried figs and black cherry.

Variety: 100% Primitivo.
