Apulian-style Lampascioni, I Contadini (230gr): Open-field, short-chain crops from integrated production, sun-dried in Salento according to an ancient recipe that maintains their fragrance and flavors intact, then placed into jars by hand so as to preserve their nutritional properties.
Ingredients: Lampascioni, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, chili pepper, garlic, salt, sugar, fresh mint leaves and lemon juice.

Pâté of Bell Peppers, I Contadini (230gr): Lightly spicy and intensely aromatic, it is prepared from mellow-tasting, open-field, hand-picked red bell peppers. Thoroughly rinsed and cut into slivers, these are briefly preserved in salt prior to being chopped up with vegetables and spices.
Ingredients: Sweet red bell peppers, dried tomatoes, eggplants, extra virgin olive oil, onions, hot bell peppers, aromatic herbs, whole sea salt and lemon juice.
Dried Tomato Pâté, I Contadini (230gr): From hand-picked pear tomatoes, this tasty concoction can satisfyingly moonlight as pasta sauce. Once they are thoroughly rinsed and salted, the tomatoes are left to dry on traditional racks for 4-5 days, then hashed together with Racale capers and Mediterranean spices.
Ingredients: Dried tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, capers, onions, apple vinegar, whole sea salt, aromatic herbs and lemon juice.
